Cancellation policy: Any and all deposits given will NOT be refunded
Overtime in one-hour increments for additional time incurred will be charged after 30 minutes.
Client agrees to pay the full agreed fee before the initiation of the service or ride.
Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus is not responsible for persons under the age of 21 that consume alcohol while on or around the vehicles/watercrafts.
No smoking or use of illegal drugs inside the vehicles/watercrafts. Violators will be charged a $200 fee and may be subject to trip and service termination.
Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus is NOT responsible for any items lost or stolen or left on the vehicles/watercrafts.
Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus driver has the right to terminate the service if there is any disruption such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment, harassment to driver and there will NOT be a refund.
There will be a $500 fine for any missing or damage to the equipment or parts (both interior and exterior of vehicle/watercraft).
There will be a $200 for a cleanup fee if there is any vomit, urine, or other bodily fluids.
The client named on this contract has the right to inspect the vehicle/watercraft prior to the trip and report any damage, otherwise any loss or damage after completion of the trip will be full responsibility of the named client and client will be charged any assessed fees.
Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus is not responsible for any injuries or accidents in and around the vehicles/watercraft due to alcohol consumption by passengers, lighting effects or insufficient lighting, motion of vehicle/watercraft, or any conditions in the interior or exterior of the vehicles/watercrafts including slippery floors. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance, and judgment. Clients are asked to remain seated while the vehicle/watercraft is in motion. Move at your own risk. All medical emergencies will be the sole responsibility of the client or injured passengers.
By entering the vehicles/watercraft, the client and any invited passengers give full permission to Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus and staff to use pictures and videos taken during service for use on social media/internet for promotional purposes.
If legal action is necessary to collect any remaining balance or fee mentioned above, the client named on this contract will be responsible for all court costs and attorney fees charged to Xplor (Alcoholegio) Party Bus.
By signing this contract, the client named on this contract is held liable and responsible for informing all passengers about the rules. Please NOTE: NO REFUND will be given if any of these rules are violated and service ends due to a disruption from any passenger.
ONLY THE PERSON SIGNING THIS CONTRACT CAN GIVE INDICATIONS TO THE DRIVER OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE TRIP
